PURCHASING POLICY
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal purchases. The charge on your credit card statement
will be from RKM Sales.
Shop with peace of mind, your credit card transaction is secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and
sent through a secure server using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.
Ordering by credit card expedites your order and provides you with a printed receipt for your order.
For customers that are Alabama residents, RKM Sales will bill the customer appropriately for the
Alabama sales tax of 5.5%. Discounts will be calculated before taxes are applied. If a customer lives in
a state that imposes an internet tax, the customer will be responsible for paying any said taxes. RKM
Sales is not responsible for paying, or collecting, any taxes except for the State of Alabama and Madison
County Alabama.
Our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and quantity of order. If special
shipping arrangements are needed, please inform us of your requirements at the time of ordering. All in stock
orders are shipped within 2 weeks of payment received. For special order items, customers will be notified
of the anticipated shipping date. Credit Card orders that payment has been declined on will be held open for
5 (five) days. Customer will be notified of credit hold and given the opportunity to use an alternate payment
method. After the 5 day hold; merchandise will be returned to stock and the order will be cancelled
If an item is not available at the time of shipment, an item may be backordered. RKM Sales will bill and
ship the item when it is available. If a customer wishes to cancel a backordered item, cancellation must
be made prior to shipping date. Orders paid through PayPal will not be double billed.
All order cancellations (via e-mail) must be received within 2 hours of order placement.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns Must Have Prior Authorization
Authorization number must appear on outside of shipping package when returned. All other returns will
be refused.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must be in
the original manufacturer's packaging and in good condition. (This includes the original plastic bag and
cardboard header card.) If a flag is returned after 10 days of receipt, a 25% restocking fee will apply. If
a flag is returned at any time without the original packaging or has been used, there will be no refund
issued. Shipping charges for returned products are your responsibility; however, we will reimburse you if
the return or exchange is the result of our mistake or a defective product. Special orders and items that
sell for more than $60.00 cannot be returned.
Send your returned item via US Postal Service First Class Mail within 10 days of receipt of your order.
We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged, nor will we accept
C.O.D.'s. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice/packing slip along with your return or exchange
instructions.
Refunds will be for the amount of purchase only - shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-4
weeks for your refund to reflect on your credit card statement. Sorry, special orders and items that sell
for more than $60.00 cannot be returned. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge.
FRAUD on the internet is a Federal Offense. The FBI actively investigates and prosecutes internet fraud.
Customers that present stolen credit cards, a card or account that a customer does not have permission
to use, will be committing fraud. RKM Sales will prosecute any customer that acts fraudulently.
